Nobody can help being the way they are, defined as separate individuals (which I don't think we are, see Alan Watts) we all act in accordance with our experience and beliefs, which we cannot choose. You can change someone's behavior by making them see things they aren't yet seeing clearly, but accusing them of immoral behavior is only likely to make them defensive and less open to what you're trying to tell them. JMO.
