At a quick guess…Food, water containers fill them up, candles, first aid kit, provisions for emergency. Anything you can think of you might want or need. “that knocks out key parts of society” is an emergency situation places will be shut so you won’t be able to get provisions. Chaos could be happening so just in case get lots of things for survival, hope that helps.

So Lawrence, your 90 day plan includes just shoot the incoming hoards of infected people trying to take your survival stuff until you run out of bullets ?

Or shoot a moose or two for a meat souce when grocery stores are looted ?

By the way, you are a great writer of covid calamities.

I do have a deer rifle that I will use to hunt deer. My daughter has a 12-gauge defender shotgun with 500 rounds of 00 buck. They will not need to come through the door at her house. She is a trained shooter, so she will do what she has to defend herself. Since the police will be sick ,dying or dead, we will have to do what is necessary to defend ourselves and our property.

I am a concealed carry firearm owner. We only use deadly only when it is absolutely necessary. So my firearm will be for self-defense.

Thanks for the advice. It's always good to know what to buy in advance, just in case. I would add to your list: vitamin C and D in generous quantities, as well as the rest of the vitamins, supliments, and herbs .

3 month plan

In week one. Stick your head up your ass. You've had five years of practice on that.

In week two. Kiss it goodbye.

The remainder of the time just type "this is what I think" while your head is up your ass and your kissing it goodbye.

As I said. It's what you've all been doing for five years, so shouldn't be hard for you .

The part of the system that will have the most dramatic impact on our society will be the health care system. Once it is overwhelmed, infected vaccinated folks will have nowhere to go. In addition, the health care system is highly vaccinated, making everyone who works in the system highly vulnerable to infection. Get and watch the movie "I think we are alone now" if you want to see what our world might look like after a mass extinction event.

This is precisely what worries me: those who took the shots and are becoming sick, will have no place to go. And here is a true story that might happen again. In a small town in Eastern Europe, ( with around 100,000 people), when covid was spreading, a rumor started to circulate all around the town. The rumor was that everyone who goes to the hospital sick with covid, is not getting out alive. So, the locals were convinced that the doctors are doing something to them. In a small town like this where the government never paid incentives to hospitals like in the US I doubt anything suspicious happened. Here is a more likely scenario: people were waiting too long at home, and by the time they got to the hospital, it was too late to save them.

Expand full comment
Lawrence Butts's avatar

Yes, all kinds of things are going to happen when this killer arrives. During the Black Plague they liked to put people who they thought were spreading it into houses and then set the houses on fire. I think the majority of vaccinated folks will die in their homes. So just image... thousands of rotting bodies in homes everywhere... OMG! This will be horrible and an extremely toxic situation. If the weather is hot, the decomposing of the bodies will be accelerated. Hazmat suits will be needed to pull liquefing bodies out of houses and appartments and trasport them to mass graves.

Good to read. I’ve been doing the daily gargles with povidone iodine but seems I should stop? So the key here is to get sick in order to keep training the immune system? But when you’re acutely sick just use ivermectin (or HCQ)

and doxycycline?

I have learned that if you gargle all the time- you will eliminate the good bacteria that would address foreign infections. So keep good oral health with brushing and flossing. The minute you feel sick or find out you were exposed- then I would start gargling or nebulizing with Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and normal saline.

Expand full comment
Truth and Justice's avatar

What I usually do, I only gargle if I have been in a crowded place. But my personal experience showed me, that it is almost impossible to avoid infection despite all the preventive measures you follow: gargle, nasal spray, vitamins, supplements, health lifestyle and any else. That's not to say, that you shouldn't do them. If you do get infected, it will pay off big time! You will get less sick, and you will have a faster recovery. That's your best bet. I would take it any time, since I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

According to AI Overview, "Povidone-iodine is a common topical antiseptic used to kill germs on the skin, preventing infections. It's available over-the-counter and can be applied to minor cuts, scrapes, and burns, as well as used for surgical skin preparation. It's effective against a wide range of bacteria, fungi, and viruses."

Is it safe to gargle with?

Expand full comment
Helen's avatar

Yes, it is according to many of the good doctors like Peter McCullough, and the FLCCC.

But if purchased full strength over-the-counter, then it should be diluted 10% povidone iodine to 90% water. Maybe distilled water??

There is a Betadine brand povidone iodine gargle that can be purchased easily anywhere. Do not swallow!

Apparently, there might be a nasal spray also.

Expand full comment
Kathy Lopez's avatar

Xlear is one recommendation from Dr. PM. I use it regularly.

Expand full comment
Vonu's avatar

I doubt that any good doctor would recommend that any topical skin antiseptic be used internally, as gargling is just as much as swallowing.

I personally use GSE internally and recommend it without reservation,

Expand full comment
Helen's avatar

Povidone iodine diluted is literally sold anywhere and everywhere including Amazon and Walmart. Gargles, sore throat sprays, etc.

The label says not to swallow. So it is not the same as taking this internally as you suggest.

One of the brands is Betadine.

I consider Dr. Peter McCullough most definitely one of the “good doctors” who called Covid from the start. He was the very first one to object out loud.

Here he is speaking of using “iodine based” garbles and sprays.

He has many times recommended povidone iodine.

One minute clip.

GSE is too much safer than a skin disinfectant to bother.

I doubt if Dr. McCullough has ever heard of GSE or compared it to what he used to use to scrub for surgery.

Why are you so afraid of 'covid'... it's just like another flu...

Unless you are vaxxed... in which case you are doomed

Expand full comment
Truth and Justice's avatar

Oh, how I wish you were right that covid " it's just like another flu"! Honestly, I truly wish. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Let's think of it the easy, simple way that everyone understands: since it was modified in the lab to make it more lethal, than you can't compare it with a simple flu. But I have no doubts that it was like a flu the way nature created it and wasn't modified in a lab. But here is the good news: for those who didn't take the mRNA shots, are in good health, and have trained their innate immunity system, as Dr. Geert said, for this category, it will feel like an ordinary cold or flu. For everyone else, it's going to feel much worse. The only hope for them, is the " grey zone", where you took the two shots or more, and nothing bad happens.

I've been taking Ivermectin prophylactically for months now. Is that effective against this variant? I am happily unjabbed.

Expand full comment
Truth and Justice's avatar

I heard it's not as effective as it used to. But since you didn't take the shots, you shouldn't worry much. I would definitely take vitamin C and D, and much more than just a pill. One pill, is like a drop in a bucket.

Abiding Dude's avatar

Recommended dosage? Some say vitamin D3 could go between 10,000IU (normal) and 50,000IU (if feeling sick)... daily...

Vitamin C sort of gets capped as it reaches "bowel tolerance" (squirts)... yes?

I’m unjibbed, If I get a sore throat and streaming common cold symptoms like i did last week then I’ve been gargling betadine iodine - does this need to stop then ? Or is it just people doing it everyday as precaution need to stop ?

Expand full comment
Helen's avatar

From what I understand, at the first sign of a sore throat or symptoms use the Betadine iodine gargle and nasal rinses.

Once no longer sick, perhaps only occasionally?

Can use regular saline spray to rinse out nose that only has salt and water.

Xlear nasal spray has xylitol and can be used regularly from what I understand. I really like it.

All OTC.

Since Budesonide is a steroid, perhaps sparingly?

Dr. McCullough does recommend it though when sick so best to research all of that a bit more on which path to take

Can viral mutations toward the low inflammatory response be pointing out to the direction of Covid-19 gradually converting into a slow virus? Like those ones that sit forever in the hosts cells, especially in trans-barrier tissues such as the brain, and provoke delayed autoimmune responses? or get active when the strength of the immune system gets weaker, i.i., like is the case with a latent herpes?
