Slightly off topic: How about going with "Vaccine free" instead of unvaccinated or unvaxxed. This goes along the lines of Gluten free, BPA free, Fat free, Hassle free, Preservative free instead of in the same basket as Unhealthy, Uncaring, Undesirable, Unattractive. It also implies being mentally and physically free. This a summary of a lengthy post (I only have a screen shot of) seems to have been credited to K.G. Wardsmith Warrior.

"This may, once again, prompt public health authorities to follow the erroneous advice of the vaccine industry and key opinion leaders who will undoubtedly recommend to continue the mass vaccination program using updated vaccines that suit the S version of the Omicron variant. "

Dr. Bossche, not "may" but surely they will recommend 250% vaccination coverage once the 100% vaccination coverage fails so misarably and accelerates the evolution of the disease.

It's really a hopeless situation. No matter what happens, the response is the same - "More vaccine".

Does that mean that vaccine-mediated immune suppression (post 9 months or so) could somehow be repaired/restored being that Omicron is so mutated from Wuhan strain?

I'm unvaccinated, but just looking out for those who are not.

So the last sentence would seem to imply that “vaccine free” people with fully functional intact innate immune systems will be selected for a bad outcome! Can anyone confirm?

Great explanation. So unvaccinated healthy people with intact innate immune systems are likely to fare better against Omricon than vaccinated people with trained immune systems against the wrong strain (Wuhan). So boosters of the old Wuhan strain spike may actually be harmful as those antibodies will outcompete the new innate antibodies. If this is incorrect please let me know.

Great article! It is not over and the vaccine may prevent the vaxxed from acquiring proper natural immunity, leading to endless reinfections.

I just wrote an article that explains that Omicron is NOT mild, and based on early signals, it is twice as virulent as Delta, at least when it comes to the metric of hospitalizations. 2x hospitalizations compared to Delta on apples-to-apples basis.

Omicron may hurt the vaxxed the most.

I'm working hard to understand this, please correct any misapprehensions:

Initial exposure (among vaccinated) may be asymptomatic or very mild, but repeated exposure could make vaccinated get sick more frequently (thus increasing opportunity for bad individual outcomes, viral spread, and viral mutations)? Is there any potential for those who have been vaccinated to achieve complete post-infection immunity at this point or is their best bet just to lie low and take prophylactics until the (now in many places minority) of the population that is unvaccinated achieves herd immunity? Can we still achieve herd protection of the vaccinated if 60%+ of a population is already vaccinated?

I did get the pfizer vaxx in April 2021. I was forced. Will that vaccine wane? and if I do not get the booster, will I be able to rebuild some natural immunity? I have never tested positive for covid. I had a sinus infection last month, recovered after antibiotics for 10 days. It was a stubborn infection but I did get rid of it.

So, what advice can you share for us double vaxxed??

I can only say THANKS!

Geert, are you actually saying all the vaxxed are going to die?

Like Clockwork. Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche Predicts, it's happens.

Just in the previous hour, the first vaccination neutralization study for Omicron is quietly released from South Africa. Nobody who reads Dr. Bossche will be surprised with the result: The vaccine antibodies are almost completely evaded (41x drop in neutralization) but natural infection is not evaded. The recommendation from this Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funded study is exactly what Dr. Bossche predicts: Get infected and boosted.

"Previous infection, followed by vaccination or booster is likely to increase the neutralization level and likely confer protection from severe disease in Omicron infection."

"We observed that Omicron infected the ACE2-expressing cells in a concentration dependent manner but did not infect the parental H1299 cells, indicating that ACE2 is required for Omicron entry (Fig. 1A). We then tested the ability of plasma from BNT162b2 vaccinated study participants to neutralize Omicron versus ancestral D614G virus in a live virus neutralization assay. We tested 14 plasma samples from 12 participants (Table S1), with 6 having no previous record of SARS-CoV-2 infection nor detectable nucleocapsid antibodies indicative of previous infection. For two of these participants, we used samples from two timepoints. The remaining 6 participants had a record of previous infection in the first SARS-CoV-2 infection wave in South Africa where infection was with ancestral D614G virus (Table S1). Geometric mean titer (GMT) FRNT50 (inverse of the plasma dilution required for 50% reduction in infection foci number) was 1321 for D614G. These samples therefore had very strong neutralization of D614G virus, consistent with sampling soon after vaccination. GMT FRNT50 for the same samples was 32 for Omicron, a 41-fold decline (Fig 1B). However, the escape was incomplete, with 5 of the participants, all previously infected, showing relatively high neutralization titers with Omicron.

Beta variant escape from BNT162b2 in a live virus neutralization assay has been reported to be substantial (3) and our own data confirmed these results (4), with about 3-fold reduction in FRNT50. The results we present here with Omicron show much more extensive escape. However, escape was incomplete in participants with higher FRNT50 due to previous infection. Previous infection, followed by vaccination or booster is likely to increase the neutralization level and likely confer protection from severe disease in Omicron infection."

Do you think that vaccinees with breakthrough asymptomatic Omicron infection will develop antibodies to other viral proteins?

Right from the beginning of the gene therapies the Pharma have said they can “tweak” the ingredients in the potion to combat any new viruses. Of course they can!

So if a vaccinated person gets Omicron multiple times, will their body eventually acquire better immunity? Or has that ship sailed completely?
