During a pandemic of an acute self-limiting viral infection, the best way to protect ourselves is not through vaccination but through training of our innate immune system. Training our body's innate immunity is the best way to guard against potentially highly virulent SARS-CoV-2 variants. thanks, Maurice. I am acknowledge the level of difficulty of the book. However, I thought that someone had to document the complexity of a pandemic heavily impacted by human intervention. This should prevent 'experts' from 'escaping' the real science or simply saying 'we didn't know, nobody could predict'. Even if others can only conclude that this pandemic has now become way more complex (and insidious!) than these experts make them believe, the goal of this book will be achieved. The bottom-line is that all should understand that this pandemic is not over and that there is no herd immunity. What we're experiencing right now is what I unfortunately feel compelled to call 'the calm before the storm'....

Making the repeated efforts to grasp your work made me realise that I do not even grasp the first principles of immunology, epidemiology etc. Therefore I am in the midst of trying to write, for my own benefit even if no one else's, a greatly simplified, qualitative statement of your meaning. This is exactly what went through my mind: I need to buy the paper version of his book too. That's the only one they can't take away from us. I too had difficulties understanding the book. Understood only half of it. But that half was enough to horrify me. Unless a good portion of the shots are saline, I have no more doubts that a "tsunami of severe ilnesses and deaths" is coming. In fact, I have reasons to believe it has already started. Seeing what's happening around me and in my extended family supports my hypothesis. What I have been seeing recently is that those who got covid are not recovering. First they get pneumonia then imediately after they have bronchitis and the antibiotics don't seem to work anymore. After two months of covid they are still very sick, and not only that: I have been observing a worsening in their health by every week that goes by. The case of the person I know about is someone who didn't use profilactic treatment. And after getting sick with covid, she didn't follow the proper covid early treatment protocol. She took 3 vaccines and didn't have any problems recovering from covid until now. Only this time. Just like Dr Geert V.B. predicted.
Dreadful isn't it? The immune system of so many people crippled by these jabs. I too have had shingles since. Fortunately I only had 2 jabs 1x AZ and 1x Pfizer, so a DNA vector and an mRNA vector. But I've been taking 4000 iu VitD +K2 for the last couple of years and I credit this with keeping the disease mild, though I still needed an antiviral for 5 days to clear all the symptoms. I'm 70 years old and I think the VitD plus VitC from the juice of a whole lemon every morning has kept me in decent condition.
Sums it up that I just got an email about a 12 part video series to highlight the key points... It's far too dense and heavy for most people to take this guy seriously. If you cannot explain it simply then you don't understand it - or you're deliberately confusing people.
Many people have asked him to make things simpler but he continues to drone on for hours in dense language, so either he doesn't know what he is on about or he's being deliberately obscure.
Does this latest 2 min vid help? Not really, as the graphics show absolutely nothing, he literally waves his hands around and at the end of it I could not really say what I'd learned, other than 'natural is OK and actually better.'

It's ridiculous to think there's malintent just because somebody's intelligence far exceeds the norm. It can be difficult to "dumb things down" when vocabulary and expansive views are evolved beyond so many others. After continuous exposure to multiple virologists, immunologists and other scientists delving into these and similar matters, Geert's materials are no longer over my head. I've gained much from the information he shares so freely. It was on me, to educate myself enough to digest fully.
I'm a nurse (who also has degrees in biology and psychology), and it's the extreme complexity of the immune system that makes this such hard going. It's the "nature of the beast", so to speak. They would have you think that the only important thing is antibody production, but there is so, so much more...it's very intricate. VERY difficult to translate to the layperson! I don't even understand it all...I would have to spend several hours in study to have what I would consider a working knowledge. The aforementioned complexity of the immune system is the reason "they" were able to perpetrate this hoax on humanity...they knew that only the few (like Dr. GVB) would understand the implications.

I can only warn against hypotheses that do not into account the complexity of immune responses that our immune system is launching at evolving viral variants in an attempt to keep them under control. As these immune responses are failing to control viral infection/ replication/ transmission, many of these immune responses have a rather detrimental health effect. So, for example, the theory that spike is toxic as such seems a bit too simplistic to me....It might also apply to the substack you kindly shared... but as I said: I am not the expert in the matters the author has been discussing
This seems to represent a completely different threat... and if true, offers little hope... whether getting these things via death-jabs, water or food... or perhaps sprayed mists, chemtrails, surface contamination... etc... anti-virals can only delay... not expel...
