As a nurse working in a U.S. emergency department I fear we may not have the resources or understanding to implement any effective response in the face of a virulent Covid variant outbreak. The health care workers, including physicians, are the most vaccinated people in this country. I think most will continue to believe and enforce the Covid propaganda until the bitter end. I would suggest that people look to options that don’t include the healthcare system in the U.S.
