What you experienced sounds like what my mom had recently. (she is 6x jabbed though). It was odd because the week before she got a shingles shot. She had all of your symptoms except the tachycardia and went to urgent care where they tested her for 15 different viruses. It came back positive for HPIV flu (a flu there is no shot for~~she always gets the flu shot). It has been over four weeks and she is still experiencing productive coughs that get triggered very easily. She is 83. I hope you get better soon!

I have become addictive to this thriller. Where we seriously do not know if and when the plot is going to truly start unraveling.
Think of the curve of exponential growth (the J-curve), where nothing seems to be happening, to the point that people might think it's all a fib.
