Ime, the best antidote to fear is positive action. My initial fear of covid disappeared with research, adoption of a good prevention system, preparation for early home treatment, & confirmation that my bmi remains in the healthy range.

Living rurally, most of the lockdowns didn't effect me, although I did change veterinarians when mine still kept clients in parking lot this past summer.

My last remaining fear after witnessing video of the hell that was once Australia & New Zealand, was to schedule gun training next month. Determining the hill I am literally willing to die on has effectively neutralized my fear of assault & "needle rape." Extreme times call for extreme measures.
